This vegan pesto sauce is creamy, healthy and perfect for brown rice spaghetti, delicious and easy to make.
For 2 people
WHAT YOU NEED
- 200 gr brown rice spaghetti
- 20 gr basil leaves
- 40 gr cashews
- 80 gr extra virgin olive oil
- 10 gr yeast flakes
- 1 clove of garlic
- half tsp of salt
WHAT TO DO
- Cook the spaghetti for the time indicated on the pack.
- In the meantime blend all the others ingredients for a few minutes, until you obtain a creamy sauce.
- When spaghetti are ready, add the pesto sauce.
