Kaataa is a free platform and does not require any registration to use its services.
You buy directly from the producers. Kaataa guarantees security and transparency of transactions. Payments arrive immediately on the producer’s bank account without intermediaries. The producers, thanks to Kaataa, deliver the goods securely to your home.
Thanks to our platform, you can buy selections of the best of their production following their production flow and seasonality at a competitive price.
Since the transaction is immediately transferred to the producer’s account, Kaataa only accepts payment by credit card.
For the time being, we only offer free shipping for shipments within Italy. In the case of shipments to other European countries, a transport surcharge of € 9.90 (countries in Zone B) or € 22.90 (countries in Zone C) will be applied to the sales price.

We only use express delivery for the whole of Italy and Europe! Our delivery time guaranteed by our couriers is 24/48 hours from the moment the goods are ready at the producer’s shop if the shipping address is in Italy.
In the case of shipments outside Italy, the delivery time is 48/72 hours from the time the goods are ready.
Usually producers ask us for 1 or 2 days maximum for the preparation of the parcel. You can also track your order by following the code we will send you by e-mail!
Kaataa is the link between the producers and you. Even if something doesn’t work!
You can contact us and we will help you resolve any complaints.
You have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal or 8 days for complaints and refunds by contacting us directly on our Instagram or Facebook pages, or at support@kaataa.com.
