Mystical herbs, from cultivating to bottling
With a degree in herbal medicine, the land inherited from his grandfather and a fascination for cursed poets, Saverio Denti started his company Mistico Speziale in 2010. His aim was to take spirits, mainly gin, from the farm to the bottle.
All products are inspired by the prohibition period and are made in the most natural way possible, using herbs grown without pesticides, fertilisers and of course no added flavourings. This means simply macerating herbs and plants in pure grain alcohol and spring water, preserving all the properties of the plants and their aromas. Moreover, all liqueurs are ‘unfiltered’. Saverio prefers to have a more ‘raw’ but aromatic product rather than a perfectly transparent and tasteless one.
From cultivation to bottling, everything is done manually to guarantee a good and authentic product!
