Nonn’Anima began thanks to grandmother Lucia and grandfather Alberto, the founders of this company. The scenery is the unmistakable landscape of the Marche region, which saw the opening of the first store in the summer of ’93. What is still produced today is the result of the sentiment of love that animates this company towards the territory to which it belongs.

Local products, simple ingredients, quality and carefully selected. In the tradition of the Marche region, olives all’ascolana are a must. An ancient and tasty recipe, which still today finds favor with the public. Staying on the savory side, Grandma Lucia also proposes the tasty saltimbocca of the Marche region. Cooked ham with olives and cheese encased in a golden breadcrumbs. To sweeten the palate and conclude the meal in the best way, you just have to try the desserts, such as peaches and cremini.
