You will buy directly from the producers. Kaataa ensures the security and the transparency of transactions. Payments arrive immediately on the producer’s bank account with no intermediaries. The producers, thanks to Kaataa, safely ship the goods to your home. We are unlike anything you've ever seen ... test us!

By our platform, you can buy selections of the best of their food production following their production flow and seasonality at a competitive price.

Since the transaction is immediately transferred to the producer's account, Kaataa accepts only credit cards payments.

For the time being, we offer free shipping only for shipping to Italy. In the case of shipments to other European countries, an extra charge for transport costs of € 9.90 (countries in band B) or € 22.90 (countries in band C) will be applied to the sale price.

We only use a quick delivery for all Europe! Our standard delivery term is 48/72 hours. But in case the producer is in the same country of the client the delivery term is 24/48 hours. You can also track your order following the code we will send you by email!

Kaataa is the link between producers and you. Even when things go wrong!  You can contact us, and we help both of you to resolve any complaints. You have 14 days from the delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal or 8 days for claims and refunds, by contacting us directly on our Instagram or Facebook pages, or at the email support@kaataa.com .
