Nonn’Anima began thanks to grandmother Lucia and grandfather Alberto, the founders of this company. The setting is the unmistakable landscape of the Marche region, which saw the opening of the first shop in the summer of ’93.

Nonn’Anima is a treasure chest of Marche products, made following the family tradition, but above all characterized by two main ingredients: goodness and happiness. Raw materials selected with care and coming from a safe and controlled supply chain, processed with the manual skill that distinguishes the local women. Not only the beginning of a new adventure, but a return to the traditions of a past that does not want to wither away, but rather wishes to be remembered through these ancient gestures.

In the tradition of the Marche region, olives all’ascolana cannot lack. An ancient and tasty recipe, which today still finds favor with the public. A crunchy bread coating encloses an olive which in turn contains a rich meat filling. Nonn’Anima recommends them as an aperitif, but also as an appetizer to be matched with a dry wine of the territory. Staying on the salty side, Nonna Lucia also proposes the tasty saltimbocca from the Marche region. Cooked ham with olives and cheese enclosed in a golden bread coating.

To sweeten the palate and conclude the meal in the best way, you just have to try their desserts, such as peaches. This does not refer to the fruit, but rather a dessert of the tradition of Central Italy that provides two half spheres of dough which contain a chocolate cream, doused in alchermes. Not to be missed are also Nonn’Anima’s cremini. Soft custard cream, breaded and fried. Tradition holds that this product should be accompanied with meat dishes.
