Pineapple Popsicles

Pineapple Popsicles, The best way to cool down from hot summer days!

Hi people! This summer has been really hot! Even though I really do love sunbathing getting rosted under the sun I must say that this year’s heat is pretty strong. The best way to cool down is to have these vegan pineapple popsicles which are extremely refreshing.

The ingredients are really simple and easy to find, you can use store-bought dark chocolate and melt it which is quite easy and simple or you can even make your own coconut-chocolate using just 3 ingredients! If you want to know how to make all of this goodness check under fornthe recipes!


To make 6 popsicles:


  • Fresh pineapple (or even natural canned one)
  •  3/4 cup raw coconut oil
  •  3/4 cup raw cacao powder
  •  6 Tbsp agave / maple syrup
  •  1 tsp natural vanilla extract


Cut the pineapple in slices and remove the husk as well the core with a knife. Insert a popsicle stick in it and freeze. In the meantime melt the raw coconut oil leaving it under the sun for a couple of minutes, then in a small bowl add the raw cacao powder, agave syrup, vanilla extraxt to it and whisk with a fork till smooth.

You can now dip your pineapple slices in it and decorate with everything you prefer. I used chocolate sprinkles. Put each one on a non-stick paper sheet and then back in the freezer for about 10 minutes. Your popsicles will be ready for you and everyone you want to share them with.

These are good as well for kids! Don’t remember to eat them straight away when you take them out from the freezer!!
