Stolèt
Intense aroma and characteristic dry, structured, harmonious taste. It goes well with local dishes based on truffles, game, mature / spicy cheeses. Truffle, game, seasoned / spicy cheeses. To be served 18-20°C.
Denomination: Barolo DOCG
Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo
Vinification: destemming and cold maceration for a few days. Fermentation in French oak tonneau for about 10 days with regular punching down and pumping over. Post-fermentation maceration for about 3-4 weeks.
Aging: minimum 18 months in oak

Bussia
Intense and characteristic odor and dry, full, harmonious taste. It goes well with meat dishes, game and aged cheeses. To be served 18-20°C.
Denomination: Barolo DOCG
Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo
Winemaking process: Crushing, destemming and cold maceration for a few days. Fermentation in steel tanks without temperature control for about 7 days with regular punching down and pumping over. Post-fermentation maceration for 25 days with the cap emerged.
Ageing: minimum 18 months in French oak

Borzone

Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo

La Biòca is a small and young winery that has brought a new approach to traditional Langhe wines.
La Biòca bought the vineyards from local farmers and then did a fair and clever thing: a asked them to work those vineyards using their traditions and their secular "know-how".
