Coppelle

IGT VALCAMONICA WHITE

The name Coppelle is due to the characteristic rock engravings found in the explorations of the Camonica Valley territory, left by the Camonica population already in the Paleolithic period. This wine is produced with Incrocio Manzoni, Riesling Renano and Chardonnay grapes cultivated in small plots of land along the mountain sides of Valle Camonica. Yellow in color with brilliant green reflections, it has an intense aroma with tropical notes and white flowers which gradually give way to hints of honey and hazelnut. In the mouth it is fresh, full and smooth with a light salty note at the finish which makes it even more enjoyable.

Baldami

IGT VALCAMONICA RED

Baldamì is the ancient dialectal name given to Marzemino, a grape cultivated for centuries on the terraces of Valle Camonica, which together with Merlot gives life to this wine. Aged for a short time and then bottled, it renews Camonica’s traditions, rediscovering and, at the same time, exalting the typicality of the territory from which it is born. It has a ruby red color, an intense and characteristic bouquet, full bodied on the palate and goes well with meat dishes and cheeses typical of Valle Camonica.

Rocche dei Vignali

When union is strength, the result is a successful company

Rocche dei Vignali winery was established in order to meet a collective need of union. Today, in fact, it gathers 21 members. The idea starts from a small group of farmers who, in 2003, started this project of sharing a future looking in the same direction. Autochthonous grapes are processed in the winery of what has now become a full-fledged cooperative.

Wines produced by Rocche dei Vignali include five IGP (Protected Geographical Indication): Camunnorum, Baldamì, Assolo and the white wines Coppelle and Decimo. New projects are in the works, such as the Ca' della Luce wine, made from Solaris grapes, a local product characterized by high resistance and an almost total absence of phytosanitary treatments
