Discover wich are the benefits of green eating with this super easy recipe!

I cannot stop eating kale lately, I really can’t help myself! I’ve been using this hearty, healthy green in almost every meal together with other seasonal green vegetables and I really love it! But that’s not a bad thing at all actually!

Kale, spinach and other leafy vegetables are a nutritional source and is beneficial to our health in many ways. One cup of kale, for example, has zero fat and only 36 calories and is high in vitamins and antioxidants. You can eat this green raw or cooked in salads, soups, stews, stir-fries, and smoothies as well! You can also juice it to make a super nutritious beverage. If you have a juicer try this one:

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 1 cup packed kale / spinach
  • 1 big green apple
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 celery stalk
  • few mint leaves
  • a small piece of ginger

WHAT TO DO

Place all the ingredients in the juicer and enjoy it straight away. Don’t let time to pass by or the nutrients will start to deplenish due to the oxidizing process. This way you can get all the benefits of greens even if you want to avoid too much fiber in your intestines or you just dont like eating them.
