You will buy directly from the producers. Kaataa ensures the security and the transparency of transactions. Payments arrive immediately  on the producer bank account without any intermediaries. The producers, thanks to Kaataa, safely ship the goods to your home. We are unlike anything you've ever seen ... test us!

Kaataa does not sell products but producers! On our platform you can buy selections of the best of their food production, in limited quantities and for a limited time. We have chosen to make only flash sale to follow the production flow of our producers offering a safe service at a really competitive pric

Since the transaction is immediately transferred to the producer's account, Kaataa accepts only credit cards payments.

We offer free shipping for most European countries (Zone A). For the other European countries (Zone B) we have chosen to charge a flat rate of  8,00€

We only use a quick delivery for all Europe! Our standard delivery term is 48/72 hours. But in case the producer is in the same coutry of the client the delivery term is 24/48 hours. You can also track your order following the code we will send you by email!

Kaataa is the link between top-level food producers and you, this even when things go wrong!  You can contact us and we help both of you to resolve any complain. You have 14 days from the delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal or 8 days for claims and refunds, by contacting us directly on our Instagram or Facebook pages, or at the email support@kaataa.com .
