A different but yummy way to taste hummus.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1 ½ cup boiled peas
- ½ clove of garlic
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 lemon juice
- ½ tsp of salt
- 2 tbsp of tahin
- 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
WHAT TO DO
- Blend all the ingredients together until reaching a smooth cream.
- Taste it with a slice of your favourite bread or vegetables.
